Not sure what artillery shell production rate or what missiles we choose to give Ukraine has to do with the price of tea in China. If anything, it lends to my argument that they are throwing just as much cash as the US into this thing

Russia is doing to us now (nearly exactly) what we did to them in the 80's. They were beyond broke as the Soviet Union after our closer (Reagan) finished them off financially via the decades long Cold War (where nuclear saber rattling was the norm). They broke up, and now Russia is what's left as the 3rd super-power.

Russia could win this war w/Ukraine by June if they wanted to, but they don't want to. Russia's economy is also roaring, whereas ours is already in the tank.
