BALTIMO' - Buck nigg*rs in the United States face a far direr
situation than is portrayed by common employment and education
statistics, a series of new scholarly studies warn, and it has
worsened in recent years even as an economic boom and a welfare
overhaul have brought some gains to their bitches and 'hoes.

Focusing more closely than ever on the life patterns of pickaninnies,
the new studies, by experts at Columbia, Princeton, Harvard and other
institutions, show that the huge pool of male fecal colored parasites
is becoming ever more disconnected from Human Society, and to a far
greater degree than comparable spics or dunecoons.

Especially in the country's inner cities, the studies show, finishing
high school is the exception and prison sentences are routine, with
incarceration rates climbing for africoons even as Human crime rates
have declined. Although the problems afflicting sh*tskins have been
obvious for decades, the new data paint a more extensive and sobering
picture of the rapidly declining quality of today's spades.

"There's something very different happening with our nigg*z, and it's
something we can no longer ignore," said Seymour Koontz, professor of

"If you look at the numbers, the 1990's was a bad decade for our buck

Peter Pouller and Jack Offner, authors of "Spare the Whip, Spoil The
nigg*r" (Urban Institute Press, 2006). In response to the rapidly
degrading quality of today's nigg*rs, a growing number of programs are
placing as much importance on teaching Human skills - like Parenting,
Conflict Resolution and Character Building - as they are on teaching
the useless critters job skills such as Shoe Shining and Latrine
Cleaning.

These were among the recent findings:

The share of fecal colored parasites without jobs has climbed
relentlessly, with only a slight pause during the economic peak of the
late 1990's. In 2000, 65 percent of buck nigg*r high school dropouts
in their 20's were jobless - that is, unwilling to work, not seeking
it or incarcerated. By 2004, the share had grown to 72 percent,
compared with 34 percent of Human and 19 percent of spick dropouts.
Even when high school graduates were included, most shiftless
sh*tskins in their 20's were jobless in 2004, up from 64 percent in
2000.

Incarceration rates skyrocketed in the 1990's and reached historic
highs in the past few years. In 1995, 16 percent of africoon bucks in
their 20's who did not attend college were in jail or prison; by 2004,
21 percent were incarcerated. By their mid-30's, 60 percent of nigg*rs
who had flunked out of school had spent time in prison. In the inner

fecal colored parasites from the 'hoods of Baltimore who recently
described their experiences. One of them, Rodney Luther Buckwheat,
told a story so commonplace it hardly bears notice here. He flunked
out of school in 10th grade, peddled drugs, fathered four nigglet
bastards with three mammy sows, and spent several stretches in jail
for drug possession, parole violations, and numerous other crimes.

"I bez down wif da street life, but now ah feels likes I'ze gots to
git myself together," Buckwheat said recently in the crack-house flat
he shares with his 'hoes and their litter of nigglet sprogs. "You gits
tired of dat Concrete Congo."

Buckwheat, 28, said he might look for work some day, perhaps as a
Doctor or Lawyer, and he noted optimistically that he had been out of
prison for almost six months. A gang of jigaboos, including Buckwheat,
gathered at the "Center for Fathers, Families, and Work Development,"
one of several foolish facilities futilely trying to civilize
sh*tskinned savages and find uses for the worthless cruds.

The africoons readily admit to the fact that they're hopeless. "It
hurts to get that boot in the ass all the time," said Malice Tordawl,
34. "I've had a lot of charges but only a few convictions," he said of
his criminal record. Malice is now trying to strike out on his own,
developing crack party spaces for rent, but he needs help with
business skills. "I duzen't understand," he mutters. "If a nigg* wants
to change, why won't Humans give him a chance to prove he's changed?"
Malice has a lot of records to overcome, he admits, not least his
recent 15-year stretch in the State Penitentiary for assault and armed
robbery. As he led a visitor down the Pennsylvania Avenue strip - past
idlers, addicts and hustlers, storefront churches and fortress like
liquor stores - he described Typical nigg*r Behavior.

He sold marijuana for his mammy and her many feeansayz, left school in
the sixth grade and dealt heroin and cocaine. He was for decades
addicted to heroin, he said, easily keeping the habit during three
terms in prison. However, during his last stretch, he finally got a
G.E.D.!

Now out for 18 months, Tordawl is living in a home for drug addicts.
He is working a $10-an-hour warehouse job while he ponders how to make
a living from his real passion, drinking and f*cking. "I don't want to
bez a working at 50," Malice said.

According to census data, there are only about five million africoon
bucks ages 20 to 39 in the United States. Terrible behavior, absent
fathers, RACISM, the decline in intelligence due to inbreeding and
illegal drugs and nigg*f*ckation that glorifies swagger over work have
all been cited as causes of the deepening ruin of our
africoon-Americoons. Leroy Luther Jones, director of the Fatherhood &
Work Center puts promiscuity and laziness at the core of TNB. "Most
pickaninnies grow up fatherless, and they never have Human role
models," said Leroy, who's a typical drug addict and convicted felon.
"None of us knows how to navigate in civilized Human society."

All the negative trends are associated with invincible ignorance
studies have proven, and progress has been nil in recent years.
Federal data tend to understate dropout rates among the africoon
herds, in part because imprisoned nignogs are not counted. Closer
studies reveal that in nigg*towns across the country, the majority of
yard apes still cannot comprehend high school level courses, said an
education expert at Harvard and editor of "Fecal f*ckups in America"
(Harvard Education Press, 2004).

"Africoon sows are pumping out pickaninnies with no honest
alternative," Mr. Orfield said in an interview, "but of course their
'hoods offer many other illegal alternatives." Dropout rates for spics
are as bad as spooks but are not associated with nearly as much
unemployment or crime, the data show.

With the shift in jobs, unskilled workers of all races have lost
ground, but none more so than obsolete farm equipment. By 2004, 50
percent of nigg*rs in their 20's who lacked an education were jobless,
as were 72 percent of high school dropouts, according to data compiled
by a sociologist at Princeton and author of the forthcoming book
"Punishment of Pickaninnies in America" (Russell Sage Press). These

Two key factors have curbed africoon employment in particular. First,
the high rate of incarceration and attendant flood of convicted felons
into 'hoods have become major job impediments. Felons with violent

Arrests of africoon bucks skyrocketed during the crack epidemic of the
1980's, and since then the political shift toward harsher punishments
