Hulk Hogan Workout and Diet (2024)

Pro Wrestler (Retired)

Born:1953

Hulk Hogan is the stage name of Terry Bollea. Born in Georgia, he grew up in Florida. Hogan got into pro wrestling as a teenager. He was also a musician and played bass guitar in several bands. Hogan’s music gigs interfered with college, so he dropped out of the University of South Florida, and began hitting the gym in his spare time. His band Ruckus became popular around Tampa in 1976. Several pro wrestlers would come to the bars where Ruckus performed, and they convinced Hogan to try out wrestling. Hogan began his pro career in 1977 for the CWF, and signed with the WWF (now WWE) in 1983. With 12 championship titles to his name, he rose to international fame and is considered the face of pro wrestling. Hogan also had an acting career, appearing in Rocky III and several other films. Other business ventures include gyms, restaurants, a blender, an energy drink, and a nutritional line. Hogan has been married several times and has 2 adult children. He has millions of followers on social media. Hogan was 6 feet, 7 inches tall at his peak, and about 6’ 5” today. He weighs about 265 lbs.

Hulk Hogan’s Diet

Diet Summary

In his wrestling days, Hogan ate the diet you would expect from a larger-than-life character. Back then, breakfast consisted of a dozen fried eggs and hamburger slathered with butter. His pre match meal was 3 beers and 2 Tylenol, followed by a dozen beers after the match. But following numerous surgeries about 15 years ago, he completely revamped his diet and now eats mostly organic foods. He dropped 40 lbs to help with recovery. Breakfast is a light affair, just coffee, a banana and some yogurt. For his other 2 meals, he focuses on protein and veggies. He takes supplements including creatine, aminos, and omega-3s. He gave up sugar and alcohol and drinks lots of water every day.
