Love the staff here. Everyone isso friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Iwould recommend them toall ofmy family and friends. Kelly went above and beyond tobe ofassistance tous.

The staff and hygienist are great, they are cordial and professional. The dentist needs towork onhis communication skills ashe comes ofas rude toboth his staff and patients. His work isokay.

Have been going here for years. Because the staff isso great hear mealong with mychildren have never been afraid togo tothe dentist. Iwouldn’t goanywhere else. Itis always clean and everyone here goes out oftheir way tomake you comfortable. Ilove ithere!!!they are great with adults and children! Can’t give this place enough stars ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ myson broke his front tooth inhalf and bythe timeMr. Charles was done you would hae never noticed! His work isbeyond amazing

I have never experienced such amazing service inmy life.Dr. Charles Jouandot iswonderful. From reception tohygienist the entire staff made mefeel welcomed and comforted with myextensive dental care needs. Iwas sorelaxed Ialmost fell asleep while hewas doing apulpcap. And Iam not aday sleeper. Ifeel confident that this team will give methe smile Ialways wanted. God bless all ofyou. Best dentist ever!!!

The guy isa pompous ass gets smart does the job but pain management afterwords isout ofthe question heeven noted aninfection inmy mouth after heextracted atooth not tomention hechipped myfront tooth with autensil inthe process sobasically hecaused the infection and really chipped another tooth and was unwilling toeven prescribe mea strong Tylenol which Iexplained with myinsurance would beonly 50cents

Called and made myhusband anew patient appointment. Aday before his appointment, Maxine (spelling?) called and confirmed his appointment and told methat hehas adeductible of$50. Iargued this fact because Iknow mybenefits. She said the xrays were only covered at80% even BMX (so not true)! Icalled myinsurance company and sure enough bitewings are covered at100%. Icalled back and Maxine was very rude and then changed her story saying she couldn't see anew patient without getting afull mouth ofX-rays. Myhusband needs his teeth cleaned and this place isclearly only worried about making money. Very disappointed. Wish the dentist knew how his staff treated people.… – show

They just think they can have itthereway,this isnot “Burger King”.

I hate that iever went tothis office
My tooth still hurts afer a2weeks
I called tocomplain only toreach abunch
Of smart mouth lazy worker who does nothing but schedule your appointments wrong
I had toset inthe lobby after about 40mins Then lie and say they will call you and never do

The most friendly staff ever. Always helpful.Dr. Charles Jouandot isagem. Heis very gentle and thorough. Best dentist Iever had the pleasure ofworking with. Ihad him asa mydentist before Katrina. Ifinally found him again when heopened Jefferson Dental. Itwould take amajor hurricane tomake meleave him and his great staff. Iadvise anyone looking for agreat dentist totry them first. You will never leave.
